We currently ship exclusively to the following areas:
- Peninsular Spain
- Balearic Islands
- Canary Islands
- Portugal
💸 Shipping costs
Spain and Portugal (Peninsula):

Free shipping for orders over €100
- For smaller orders, charges are automatically calculated based on weight and volume before checkout.
Balearic Islands:
- From €7.44 for office pickup
- From €8.29 for home delivery
Canary Islands:

Free shipping on orders over €100
- From €8.57 with delivery within 5 to 8 business days
- Includes IGIC and DUA
All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before confirming your purchase.
⏱️ Delivery times

Spain/Portugal: deliveries between 1 and 3 business days

Balearic Islands: deliveries between 2 and 4 business days

Canary Islands:
- Orders leave our warehouse on Thursdays at 3:00 PM.
- They arrive in Gran Canaria or Tenerife between the following Tuesday and Wednesday.
- Guaranteed delivery in 5 to 8 business days (IGIC and DUA included)
Note: In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to customs procedures.
🔎 Order tracking
All orders include a tracking number .
You'll receive SMS or email notifications with delivery information once your package is in transit.
🚛 Transporters
We work with the following logistics operators, depending on the destination area and order volume:
- Correos Express
- SEUR / DPD
- NACEX
- ASSIGNS
Pickups are made Monday through Friday, subject to carrier availability.
📌 Important recommendations
- Check the package upon delivery.
- If the package arrives damaged, reject it and tell the carrier why.
- Please report any incident to our team within 24 hours of receipt.
