Refund policy.

At Nuvica.es, we want your shopping experience to be completely satisfactory. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and current legislation in Spain and Portugal .

🕒 Withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason .

❗Important: products that cannot be returned

For reasons of hygiene and health protection , returns of the following products are not accepted once opened or unsealed:

  • Sex toys (vibrators, plugs, masturbators, etc.)
  • Intimate lingerie
  • Erotic cosmetic products (lubricants, oils, etc.)
  • Intimate items that have been tampered with

This exclusion is included in article 103, letter e) of Law 3/2014 , which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users .

📌 In short: If the product is unsealed or used, it cannot be returned for health reasons.

✅ Conditions for accepting a return

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • The return is notified within the legal period of 14 days.
  • All accessories, manuals and promotional gifts received are included.

🔁 Return process

  1. Request a refund by writing to contacto@nuvica.es with your order number and the reason, or start a request from your customer account on our website.
  2. We will tell you the address to which you should send the product.
  3. Prepare the package properly to avoid damage during transport.
  4. Return costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or shipping error.

💰 Refunds

Once we have received the product and checked its condition, we will issue a full refund , including standard (non-express) shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days .

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly indicated otherwise by the customer.

⚠️ If the product has been tampered with or returned in poor condition, we reserve the right to deduct a proportional portion of the refund amount.

📦 Defective product or order error

In case you receive a defective or wrong item:

  • Please write to us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Attach photographs and a description of the problem.
  • We will cover all costs of collecting and replacing the affected product.

🌍 Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Portugal

The return process also applies to shipments to these regions. However, please note that additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
