INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
HOW TO USE YOUR PRODUCT WITHOUT THE LELO™ APP
- Before first use, please charge your TORTM 3 for 2 hours.
- Press the + button to turn on the device.
- Once turned on, press the + button once to increase the motor intensity (there are 12 levels in total).
- Press the + button twice to change the engine operating pattern (Mode).
- Press the - button once and hold to decrease the motor level to 0; the device will turn off.
- To turn it off, you can also press the - and + buttons while the device is on.
HOW TO USE YOUR PRODUCT WITH THE LELO™ APP
- Before first use, please charge your TORTM 3 for 2 hours.
- DOWNLOAD THE VERSION FOR IOS OR ANDROID.
- Press the + button to turn it on while activating Bluetooth.
- All LED lights flash simultaneously to show that it is pairing via Bluetooth.
- Open the LELOTM app and locate the toy icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Find your TORTM 3 and select "Connect." Press and hold the + button on your device.
- To confirm the connection, press the + button on your device again.
- Go to “MY LELO TOYS” and select “PLAY”.
- Choose between three different control modes.
- Select “SETTINGS” to configure additional modes.
- If you want to save your settings for offline use, tap “SAVE” at the bottom of the screen.
- Use the drop-down menu to adjust the default auto-off time from 10-20 minutes. You can check the battery level in the top left corner.

- For smaller orders, charges are automatically calculated based on weight and volume before checkout.
Balearic Islands:
- From €7.44 for office pickup
- From €8.29 for home delivery
Canary Islands:
- Free shipping on orders over €100
- From €8.57 with delivery within 5 to 8 business days
- Includes IGIC and DUA
All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before confirming your purchase.
⏱️ Delivery times
- Spain/Portugal: deliveries between 1 and 3 business days
- Balearic Islands: deliveries between 2 and 4 business days

Canary Islands:
- Orders leave our warehouse on Thursdays at 3:00 PM.
- They arrive in Gran Canaria or Tenerife between the following Tuesday and Wednesday.
- Guaranteed delivery in 5 to 8 business days (IGIC and DUA included)
Note: In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to customs procedures.
