ON THE AUTHOR OF LIGHT SABBATH LICENTIATION
Mercedes Abad, born in Barcelona in 1961, studied Information Sciences at the Autonomous University of that city. Since her breakthrough in 1986 with Light Sabbatical Libertines (La Sonrisa Vertical 47), winner of the 8th La Sonrisa Vertical Prize, she has published the short story collections Marital Felicities and Blowing in the Wind (Andanzas 107 and 233). In 2000, her first novel, Blood (Andanzas 417), was published, receiving critical and popular acclaim.
She is also the author of several radio scripts and plays and productions, including Pretèrit perfecte (1992), Se non è vero (1995), and Bunyols de Quaresma (1998). She has adapted Dangerous Liaisons (2001) and Philosophy in the Dressing Room by the Marquis de Sade for the stage for the show XXX (2002) by Fura dels Baus. A regular contributor to the Catalan edition of El País, her articles have been compiled in the volume Titúlate tú (2002).

- Spain/Portugal: deliveries between 1 and 3 business days

- They arrive in Gran Canaria or Tenerife between the following Tuesday and Wednesday.
