The way a menstrual cup works is simple. It's a silicone cup that is inserted into the vagina during menstruation. Unlike tampons and pads, a menstrual cup doesn't absorb fluid; it retains it in the cup so we can dispose of it later. And so on.

NINACUP menstrual cups are reusable, making them environmentally friendly and budget-friendly, as they save money by not having to replace tampons or pads every time you menstruate.
Menstrual cups are not only eco-friendly and save us money, they're also beneficial for our health. The use of pads and tampons is associated with dryness, candidiasis, and Toxic Shock Syndrome. However, menstrual cups don't negatively affect our health ; they aren't uncomfortable and don't disrupt our menstruation.

💸 Shipping costs
Spain and Portugal (Peninsula):
- Free shipping for orders over €100
- For smaller orders, charges are automatically calculated based on weight and volume before checkout.
Balearic Islands:
- From €7.44 for office pickup
- From €8.29 for home delivery
Canary Islands:
- Free shipping on orders over €100
- From €8.57 with delivery within 5 to 8 business days
- Includes IGIC and DUA
All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before confirming your purchase.
⏱️ Delivery times
- Spain/Portugal: deliveries between 1 and 3 business days
- Balearic Islands: deliveries between 2 and 4 business days

Canary Islands:
- Orders leave our warehouse on Thursdays at 3:00 PM.
- They arrive in Gran Canaria or Tenerife between the following Tuesday and Wednesday.
- Guaranteed delivery in 5 to 8 business days (IGIC and DUA included)
Note: In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to customs procedures.
