How do you use it?

• 1) Fill the bathtub with water.
• 2) Once you're in the tub, place the Bathmate under the water until it's completely full. Then insert your penis inside and rest it on the base of your pelvis.
• 3) Push the Bathmate toward you repeatedly. This activates the hydraulic contraction mechanism at the base of the pump, creating a vacuum effect. You'll begin to feel the pressure building. As the water is evacuated from the interior through the top valve, the penis expands further and further.
• 4) Once you can't pump any more, simply rest for five minutes. The optimal vacuum is reached when you can no longer expel any more water from inside the Bathmate.
