💸 Costes de envío
España y Portugal (Península):
- Envío gratuito para pedidos superiores a 100 €
- Para pedidos inferiores, los gastos se calculan automáticamente en función del peso y volumen antes de finalizar la compra.
Islas Baleares:
- Desde 7,44 € para recogida en oficina
- Desde 8,29 € para entrega a domicilio
Islas Canarias:
- Envío gratuito a partir de 100 €
- Desde 8,57 € con entrega entre 5 y 8 días laborables
- Incluye IGIC y DUA
Todos los costes de envío se mostrarán claramente antes de confirmar la compra.
⏱️ Plazos de entrega
- España / Portugal: entregas entre 1 y 3 días hábiles
- Islas Baleares: entregas entre 2 y 4 días hábiles

- Los pedidos salen de nuestro almacén los jueves a las 15:00
- Llegan a Gran Canaria o Tenerife entre el martes y miércoles siguiente
- Entrega garantizada en 5 a 8 días hábiles (IGIC y DUA incluidos)

🔎 Seguimiento de pedidos
Todos los pedidos incluyen un número de seguimiento.
Recibirás notificaciones por SMS o correo electrónico con la información de entrega una vez el paquete esté en tránsito.

Las recogidas se realizan de lunes a viernes, según disponibilidad del transportista.
📌 Recomendaciones importantes
- Revisa el paquete en el momento de la entrega.
- Si el paquete llega dañado, recházalo e indica el motivo al transportista.
- Informa cualquier incidencia a nuestro equipo en un plazo máximo de 24 horas desde la recepción.
